Pale Complexion & Soft Tissue Growth

Tendonitis of the Shoulder

Stephanie has helped me greatly with her combination therapies of acupuncture, moxa, gua sha and massage. I am now free of tendonitis in my shoulders. Quick Recovery After Surgery

I received acupuncture from Stephanie in preparation for a surgery I was going to have. She worked on me up to the day before in effort to support my immune system, to help me be calm, and to have as little pain as possible during my recovery. My recovery was quick and with minimal pain, so much so I did not need to take the heavier pain relieving medication. During my recovery I continued to see Stephanie and found that her support and acupuncture were truly helpful physically and emotionally.

Avoided Possible Hysterectomy

I was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2006. It was at first a routine procedure to remove unhealthy cells, but when a Doctor did not read a lab report properly (to see that there were bad cells remaining in the margins), they became stage one in less than a year. My (new) treating physician said I had two options: complete hysterectomies, or a cone biopsy which would determine the depth to which the cells had become invasive, and their possible removal in the process. I opted for the biopsy, which was minimally invasive though surgical, and then follow-up from Stephanie. Stephanie administered acupuncture to me for about six months, beginning with three treatments a week, then gradually scaling down to once a week. .I went back six months after the surgery for a follow-up pelvic exam, and as I knew it would be: All was well; another happy ending - thanks to Stephanie. I continue to maintain a raw foods diet, and have recently introduced several natural (bioidentical) hormones to take me out of the menopause that the biopsy seemed to have thrown me into. I combine this with lots of different herbs, and will soon return to Stephanie for more treatment - just to stay healthy and balanced. I feel wonderful, and plan to live healthy for a long, long time, because life is beautiful!

OB/GYN Issues Under Control Now

The birth of my son apparently threw my body off kilter and I tried for 6 years with the help of my OB/GYN to get my feminine issues under control. Finally my doctor explained that as a female, that this was something that I would have to deal with for the rest of my life. Obviously that answer was not what I was hoping to hear. Stephanie helped me with the issues that my Ob/Gyn couldn't get under control and within six - nine months, through acupuncture and herbal supplements I was back on track. Although I originally went to Stephanie seeking help with female issues, she also helped me with chronic sinus issues, skin problems and a cyst on my knee! What I truly appreciated is the fact that Stephanie always took time to answer my questions and fully explain things to me, including how many of my health related items all stemmed from the same imbalance in my body. If Stephanie lived closer to me, I would probably use her as my primary care doctor!

Knee injury

I had injured my knee from running and was told by an orthopedist that it would require eight weeks of physical therapy at a minimum. After receiving this depressing diagnosis, I decided to give acupuncture a try for the first time. It took only one session with Stephanie, and the condition disappeared. It is truly remarkable to me that this common running injury (a strained IT band) could be healed so quickly, and I enthusiastically recommend Stephanie to all who suffer sports-related injuries or aches and pains of any kind.

Hormonal Balancing
