About Stephanie

Stephanie Ellis, Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University in 1993 with a degree in pre-medical studies. Ms. Ellis completed her acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine training in 2001 as valedictorian of her class. In 2003 she completed a post-graduate internship in Japanese herbal medicine. In 2005 she completed an "Acupuncture for the Cancer Patient" training at the renowned Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She is NCCAOM Board Certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Ms. Ellis has also completed special trainings in the treatment of infertility, facial acupuncture, and chronic pain.

She is committed to "integrative medicine", and encourages her patients to take advantage of a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and the best of modern medical science.
